I don't know, but I do know that it makes winter worth living thru. We made some last year from both green & concord grapes and I'm not sure that is the correct name for them but the green grapes were far better. So my lovely wife has found another recipe for the purple grapes that sure taste good at the stove with a piece of dunked bread.....this weekend are tomatoes, they have just about played out on us.
Yummy! My mom and pop found a bit of grass at their condo to grow some grapes and the vines provide wonderful shade on their stoop! I got some of that yummy jam!
Wild wonderful and yummy!!
ReplyDeleteDo they sell WV wild grape jelly at Tamarack?
