The title invokes memories of Asterix and the Soothsayer, while the pic reminds me of that song... "On the wings of a dead, white dove..." (Something like that.)
My children have filled the house & the iguana had escaped out he back door. I found it on the back 40 about a hundred yds away from the deck. Walking back to the house the Coopers Hawk came like an arrow out of no where and exploded the Dove into a cloud of down about 10 yds in front of me. I stalked it for about 15 min until it flew to an area I couldn't get to. This is it taking flight after trying to hide it's kill with its wings spread over it. I got about 300 frames of it.

That's an amazing shot, it took me a while of looking to see what was going on.
